The Muse Mandala is a conversation starter, a stage for many voices to come together to share their wisdom and experience. It is a place where we can all learn from each other. Shannon hopes that it ignites curiosity in participants to discover more about any of the ideas and practices the project presents. She hopes it inspires you to dig deeper.
Shannon has shared the Muse Mandala locally and internationally, teaching workshops around the world with great response. This project has been an integral contribution to yoga teacher trainings in Asia, where it was part of their completion ritual for graduation. She continues to share it in the Bay Area, and now, here with you.
Always evolving and changing, never the same, imperfect and beautiful, the Muse Mandala is Shannon’s most precious offering to the world.

Elise works with creatives in developing and refining their visions, stories and projects into compelling narrative arcs with a captivating message they can engage their audiences with. Connecting clients to their natural curiosity and innate creative voice are keys to that mission.
She started off young as a performer and storyteller—crafting characters and stories into animated possibilities designed to spark change. Since 2002, she been a prominent yoga instructor in S.F. and abroad, teaching clients how to live through their bodies as an embodied expedition between body and spirit. She’s also worked as an international documentarian, writer, and photographer, and co-produced many live events and retreats in the U.S. and abroad.
